Excellent and efficient service! The administrative and nursing staff are very courteous, professionally friendly with good manners. They make you feel welcome and committed to give you the best customer and medical service. The doctor was very professional and knowledgeable explaining in details my eye exams results and answering all my questions in detail. The medical facility is well located, beautiful, clean, very organized and modern with state of the art equipment and latest technology. They had a great relaxing background music everywhere and of course...singing crickets inside the elevator shaft. Hah! My kudos goes to Jennifer, Ashley, Liz, Valerie, Yesibell, Dr. Shawn Burns and in general to all the staff. I highly recommend this eye care center which they also have a cool big selection of eye glasses. Cheers!

Always a pleasure seeing Dr Burns for my appointment. He takes the time to explain my care, offer options, and answer my questions. Nothing is rushed or forced. The rest of the staff are very personable as well, which makes the overall visit great!

The staff was so nice. The doctor was very thorough and answered all my questions with a smile. When it was time to pick out my glasses the woman who helped me was wonderful. She gave me great suggestions and was so patient while I tried on several pair. I went in thinking i knew what i wanted, but ended up with ones i never would have considered. And I LOVE them! They had an amazing collection that my insurance covered, which was a real treat!
